Custom business software - WMS, ERP, SaaS, B2B portals

Off-the-shelf software forces you to change your processes, and spreadsheets stop being enough as the company grows. We build systems that fit how your team actually works - from the warehouse, through B2B customer service, to a law firm. We own the whole thing: architecture, backend, web and mobile apps, deployment, and maintenance.

When to get in touch

  • Key processes run on spreadsheets, email, and paper.
  • Off-the-shelf software does not fit how you work, and module fees keep growing.
  • Customers order by phone because they cannot see stock or order status.
  • A legacy system is no longer developed and your data is trapped in it.
  • Sensitive data cannot go to the cloud and you need an on-premise deployment.

Questions and answers

How much does custom business software cost?

It depends on the number of modules, integrations, and users. We usually start with the most important process (an MVP) that pays off quickly, then add modules in stages - so the cost is spread over time.

Can the system run on our own server, without the cloud?

Yes. We have deployed systems on-premise in the client's local network, with local OCR and backups to a separate medium - that is how JurisDesk runs at a law firm.

What about data in our current system?

Data migration is part of the rollout. We analyse the legacy structure, move the data, and verify it with your team before switching over.

Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Yes. After launch we handle monitoring, fixes, and updates, and extend the system with new features as the business needs them.

Why custom instead of off-the-shelf?

Off-the-shelf tools are fine when your process is typical. Custom software makes sense when your edge comes from how you work - and you do not want to bend it to someone else's product.
