Digital transformation of a 30M PLN wholesaler: a store app, an office panel, a TMS for dispatch, and apps for drivers and the yard - 80+ users on shared data.
A wholesaler supplying stores (B2B) with its own transport: sales office, dispatch, loading yard, drivers, and store customers.
Every department used its own tools - orders by phone, routes in Excel, driver information on paper, flyers and promotions sent by e-mail. Nobody had a single view of what was ordered, what was on the yard, and what was on the road.
Design and build of a set of apps on shared data: a mobile store app, an admin panel, a desktop file panel, the FoxTrans TMS with driver and yard apps, and an integration app connecting the SHM ERP with the Dragon and Tiger WMS systems.
The shared core is Appwrite (orders, cart, routes, files) and Firebase (sign-in, push notifications). Stores order in a Flutter app with flyers and stock status, the office manages content, licences, and permissions in a web panel, and dispatch plans routes in FoxTrans. Drivers see the route and stops on their phone, the yard works from a loading plan with pallet photos, and everyone has a chat with logistics. An integration app connects all of this with the company systems - the SHM ERP and the warehouses on WMS Dragon and WMS Tiger - so data is never retyped by hand.
One ecosystem instead of scattered tools: 80+ users - from stores to drivers - work on the same data, and the office, dispatch, and yard see the same order at every stage.
