1. Data controller

2. Contact form

When you submit the form, you provide your name (or company name), email address and message. We process this data only to reply to your inquiry and - if you ask for it - to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Messages are delivered to the controller's mailbox and a copy is stored on the website hosting server. We keep the data for the duration of the correspondence and then for up to 12 months, unless we start working together - in that case for the period required by law.

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits and how the site is used. It sets analytics cookies (e.g. _ga). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Without consent, Google Analytics does not set cookies or receive device identifiers. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage).

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
