Service businesses: salons, clinics, workshops, schools, and class organisers - from sole traders to teams with several staff.

Problem

Customers called or messaged, and the business lost time on manual scheduling, reminders, and invoicing. Off-the-shelf systems were either too simple or too expensive and did not handle Polish specifics - payments, KSeF.

Scope of work

Design and build of a SaaS platform from scratch: multi-tenant architecture, business dashboard, public booking pages, payments, invoices, notifications, REST API, AI features, and marketing material.

Solution

A Next.js app with a Firebase backend (Firestore, Functions, Authentication). Each business gets a dashboard with a weekly schedule, staff, services, and statistics, plus its own public booking page. Subscriptions run through Przelewy24, customer payments through PayU or Stripe, and B2B invoices are issued with KSeF integration. E-mail and SMS notifications are sent by Cloud Functions, and a REST API with keys gives programmatic access. A Genkit AI module helps optimise the schedule and detects spam bookings.
