Client

An accounting office near Kielce keeping full books for limited companies, foundations, and associations - locally and remotely across Poland.

Problem

The office needed a site that attracts clients with overdue or badly kept books while promising nothing outside its registered scope - no wording may suggest advisory services.

Scope of work

Website design and build: service subpages, a local Kielce page, online accounting, about page, FAQ, contact, structured data, and a content validator.

Solution

Astro and Tailwind, with menus and accordions on native <details> and no JavaScript for interactions. One services file generates the subpages, navigation, bento tiles, and sitemap. A script checks the built HTML before upload: it blocks forbidden wording and catches builds with the wrong base path. The preview build gets noindex automatically.

Key features

  • Seven services with dedicated subpages
  • Book cleanup as the lead service
  • Local Kielce page and online accounting
  • FAQ and JSON-LD structured data
  • Pre-publish content and path validator
  • Separate production and preview builds

Business outcome

The office has a site that states plainly who it works for and how overdue books get cleaned up, and an automated check verifies the content stays within scope on every change.
